Thushari Silva is a research assistant in the Department of Information Systems. She holds a Master degree in Information Communication Technologies from Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand and Bachelor degree in Computer Science and Statistics from University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka. Since 2007, she works at Faculty of Information Technology, University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka as a Lecturer  Her research interests are research and innovation ecosystems, research social network analysis, recommendation and Semantic Web. Her research work has published in Decision Support Systems (DSS), Journal of American Society of Information Science and Technology (JASIST) and few other conferences including ICIS, HCISS.
