邱德来,男,1969年10月出生,中共党员,教授,医学博士、二级教授、博士生导师,吉林省高层次创新创业人才;吉林省第三批拔尖人才(第二层次);吉林省高校新世纪优秀人才;吉林省突出贡献中青年专业技术人才;吉林省长白山学者特聘教授等称号。现为省细胞功能与药理重点实验室主任,延边大学医学院生理学学科带头人,学科主任。兼任中国生理学会常务理事、中国生理学会青年委员会副主任委员,中国生理学会疼痛转化研究专业委员会委员、中国神经学会理事、中国神经学会感觉与运动分会委员、吉林省生理学会副理事长,吉林省细胞生物学会副理事长、Frontiers in Cellular Neuroscience编委,自然基金项目评阅人。主要从事细胞生理学及神经生物学研究,在下丘脑神经内分泌、神经突触可塑性以及小脑皮层神经元信息传递与整合机制研究方面取得显著成果。先后主持4项国家自然基金项目和一项政府间国际科技创新合作重点专项,获得吉林省科技进步二等奖一项,吉林省科学技术成果二等奖1项;以通讯作者发表SCI收了的学术论文30余篇;获得三项新型实用专利和一项发明专利。代表性论文发表在《美国神经科学》《欧洲药理学》《欧洲神经科学》以及《细胞神经科学前沿》等国际主流期刊上。
