Dr. Wang is a researcher at BMTI. He has 18-year experience on custom IC design, and has been focusing on the radiation effects and reliability of semiconductors. He has developed several IC products including wide-range Phase Locked Loop (PLL), Universal (Serial) Asynchronous Receiver and Transmitter (UART, digital product), LVDS Serializer and Deserilizer (SerDes), and HiRel Standard Cell Libraries. He has published more than 60 papers in journals and conferences and is holding more than 20 Chinese patents.
