朴香淑,女,教授,博士生导师。1999年获得韩国首尔国立大学动物营养博士学位回国。主要从事天然活性糖(黄芪多糖、壳聚糖、壳寡糖)对动物的免疫调控途径及其作用机理;功能植物活性物质(连翘酯苷、小檗碱、天竺葵、苦参、绞股蓝等)对幼龄动物肠粘膜屏障及抗氧化应激机制的研究。从动物整体-组织-细胞-分子-基因水平系统研究其作用机理。在国际国内植物活性物质营养研究领域有一定的建树。
主持完成了国家自然基金5项;科技攻关和支撑课题5项;国际合作项目40多项等。国内外发表学术论文180余篇,其中SCI收录150余篇,国家发明专利2项,获奖3项。
研究方向:
研究方向为单胃动物营养。主要研究饲料原料营养价值评定及功能性添加剂有效性评价。目前研究包括:①能量蛋白质原料有效能及SID氨基酸消化率回归方程的建立及验证(如高粱、大麦、玉米DDGS、花生粕、葵花粕、酶解角蛋白、蛋黄粉、发酵豆粕、酒糟粕、IMP/GMP等);②替抗功能性活性物质调节肠道健康的作用机理(植物提取物、益生菌/益生元、酶制剂、有机酸、有机微矿等)。

Dr. Xiangshu Piao is a Professor at College of Animal Science and Technology, China Agricultural University (CAU) and Ministry of Agriculture Feed Industry Centre (MAFIC). She received PhD degree from Seoul National University, South Korea in 1999. She is a director of department Education and Research in MAFIC. She published more than 150 scientific publications. She has widely recognized for his dedicated research of non-ruminant animal nutrition and bio-active herbal extracts efforts and professional teaching “Swine Nutrition” course for undergraduate students in CAU. She has acted as reviewer for Asian-Australas J Anim Sci. since 2005. Dr. Piao currently serves as non-ruminant animal nutrition EDITORIAL BOARD for Journal of Animal Science, and has performed manuscript reviews for 8 international journals.
