申请人多年来一直致力于肿瘤侵袭转移及肿瘤治疗耐药分子机制的研究, 开展了一系列原创性工作，取得了一定成果。在Cancer Cell、Mol Cell、Cell Rep、Nat Commun、PNAS、J Cell Biol以及Hepatology等国际期刊上发表SCI论文32篇 (单篇最高影响因子24.755、总影响因子约为222分、6.94分/篇)，其中第一或共同第一作者16篇 (单篇最高影响因子12.003、总影响因子约为102、6.38分/篇)。所发表论文被Nature、Nat Rev Mol Cell Biol权威期刊及多家新闻媒体进行了报道。
