Broadly, my research field lies in aspects of human genetics and reproductive biology with the keen focus on investigating the genetic architecture of human infertility and the function of microRNAs in germ cells source of fertility.<br>My research interest in Genetic and epigenetic control of gametogenesis and early development in mice, including but not limit:<br>(1) the role of autophagy and ubiquitination during spermatogenesis<br><br>(2) the mechanism of cytoplasm removal during spermiogenesis<br><br>(3) the role of non-coding RNAs in the regulation of gametogenesis, fertilization and <br><br>early embryonic development<br><br>(4) noncoding RNAs-mediated epigenetic transgenerational inheritance<br><br>(5) non-hormone male contraceptive drug develop <br><br>(6) the role of miRNAs in regulation of oviductal ciliogenesis
