殷德辉,男,汉族,山东郓城县人,医学博士,2016年毕业于吉林大学公共卫生学院卫生毒理学专业。2016年8月参加工作,现就职于徐州医科大学公共卫生学院流行病学教研室。国家自然科学基金项目评审专家,研究方向为人兽共患传染病诊断、疫苗开发及食源性病原菌检测技术等。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金青年基金等项目3项,主要完成人参与国家自然科学基金3项,发表SCI论文10余篇。
