Rijun Gui received his BS degree in 2005, and completed his MS degree in applied chemistry from Shanghai Ocean University in 2009. He then studied at East China University of Science and Technology to pursue a PhD degree in physical chemistry. After completing his PhD degree in 2012, he works as a postdoctoral research fellow at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. In 2014, he joined to Qingdao University where he is currently a distinguished professor. His main research interests focus on the synthesis and applications of fluorescent nanomaterials.
