采用固相法制备Na和Nb掺杂的Y0.75Bi0.15Sm0.10VO4:xNa(0≤x≤0.18)和Y0.75Bi0.15Sm0.10VO4:yNb(0≤y≤0.12)荧光粉.在411nm和482nm光的激发下,Y0.75Bi0.15Sm0.10VO4:xNa(0≤x≤0.18)和Y0.75Bi0.15Sm0.10VO4:yNb(0≤y≤0.12)荧光粉有相同的4个尖锐的Sm的发射峰:4 G5/2-6 H5/2(566nm),4 G5/2-6 H7/2(604nm),4 G5/2-6 H9/2(647nm),4 G5/2-6 H11/2(713nm).对Y0.75Bi0.15Sm0.10VO4:xNa(0≤x≤0.18)样品,发光强度随着Na含量的增加而增强,且x=0.15时达最大值.对Y0.75Bi0.15Sm0.10VO4:yNb(0≤y≤0.12)样品,发光强度也随着Nb含量的增加而增强,且y=0.08时达到最大值.研究结果表明Na和Nb掺杂能提升材料的发光性能.
