摘要

针对复合导电材料CNT/PDMS应用于柔性传感以及复杂结构设计的需求,将直写打印技术与该复合导电材料的成型制备方法结合起来,研究了CNT/PDMS复合材料的打印工艺和电阻传感性能。在试验研究中,首先配置了不同CNT含量的打印墨水,并对打印墨水的流变性及材料导电性进行测试,试验结果表明配置的打印墨水均具有粘弹性以及剪切变稀的性质,其中以CNT质量分数为7%的墨水用于直写打印时兼具导电性好易挤出且成型好的特点。通过单点成线试验,设置3D打印机参数为:扫描速度为10mm/s,挤出气压为0.3MPa。在此基础上,进行简单平面条状、二维网状结构以及立体网格结构的打印,对打印的条状结构进行温度和单轴拉伸试验,在不同的温度和拉伸率下打印件均表现有电阻传感特性;对网格状电路进行柔性电路性能测试,在对其施加6 V左右电压时,无论网格电路处于伸展还是弯曲状态均能表现出良好的导电性能;对打印的立体网格结构进行压力传感试验,结果表明复合材料有良好的压敏特性。性能表征结果证明该打印工艺可行,从而为后续该材料的复杂结构制造以及在柔性传感电子设备中的应用奠定基础。
