摘要

  This paper proposes a new method for roiling bearing fault diagnosis based on morlet wavelet transformation and spectral kurtosis.The method uses three original morlet wavelets to decomposes signals and determines the best frequency band for demodulation with a new algorithm of spectral kurtosis automatically and fast.Because the best frequency band is determined by the algorithm and the signal,it takes on high adaptability.The method has been applied to actual signals and satisfactory results have been achieved.The comparison between the new method and the traditional one shows that the new method achieves a better result.
