Synchronous Triggering Circuit Design for HIAF-Kicker Power [HIAF-Kicker电源开关同步驱动电路设计]

摘要

The solid-state PFN-Marx generator will be applied to High Intensity Heavy-ion Accelerator Facility injection and extraction Kicker power which requires good synchrony driving for the IGBT at different stages. This paper analyzes main factors that influence the synchronous driving and designs a synchronous driving circuit which realizes the maximum delay time between multiple synchronous driving circuits less than 15 ns. The test results show the synchronous driving circuit can meet the requirements of the HIAF-Kicker power.
