摘要

When the infrared thermal image is used to detect hot spots of photovoltaic array, the image will show the wrong hot spots and it causes false alarm because of the interference of complex environment, such as the reflection of sunlight. In order to improve the effectiveness of the traditional image processing method, a hot spot detection method based on the fusion of visible and infrared thermal image is presented in the paper. The improved method can eliminate the false alarm of hot spots and improve the accuracy of detecting hot spots. The experimental results show that the method is more feasible for the interference of complex environment, so that the hot spot fault is detected efficiently and conveniently. ? 2022, Solar Energy Periodical Office Co., Ltd.
