摘要
[Purpose/Significance] This paper presented a novel patent service system and mechanism based on big data sharing, dedicated to address the existing problems of overall patent services as well as to improve the quality of the services. [Method/Process] By thorough inspection of the content and significance and critical discussion of its current problems, this paper concluded a decent understanding towards data sharing and opening may make participants benefit from a wide range of service, and also approach the duties of participants and the difficulties of construction from different angles. [Result/Conclusion] Base on the different requirements of participants, our paper provided a practicable view? points and solutions that are quite likely to promote innovation-driven development of patent service. ? 2019 Editorial Board of Journal of Modern Information.
