神经干细胞分化调节机制与应用前景

摘要

Neural stem cells(NSCs) have the capability of self-renewal,and also the capability to differentiate into other cells.NSCs exist widely in multiple parts of the adult human body,olfactory bulb,walls of lateral ventricles and hippocampus,to name a few.The regulation of the NSCs' differentiation has been the focus of the researches during the recent years.There have been abundant achievements on the researches of epidermal growth factor(EGF) and base fibroblast growth factor(bFGF),especially,although many molecular mechanisms are still open to discover,the prospect for the potential use of NSCs is optimistic,despite of some practical problems,such as source of the NSCs,approaches of regulation,immune rejection and the safety relevant problems.Therefore,NSCs are still limited to stage of experimental research.
