摘要
The problems of vibration and noise for the 10 kV dry core shunt reactor are serious now. In this paper, the vibration noise is analyzed from the structure of the dry-type core shunt reactor, and the inhomogeneity of the magnetic path caused by the magnetostriction and the air gap of the silicon steel core with many air gaps is confirmed to be the main source of vibration noise. In this work, Fe-Si soft magnetic powder cores with low magnetostrictive coefficient and low loss are developed firstly. Then, three reactors with the same capacity, having silicon steel core, mixed core and pure powder core, are produced for comparison.The testing results indicate that the noise of the reactors with the mixed core and the pure powder core is less than 50 dB(A), which is much lower than the 65 dB(A) of the reactor with the silicon steel core. ? 2019, Xi'an High Voltage Apparatus Research Institute Co., Ltd.
