运用总体国家安全观指导对美博弈（英文）

<正>China’s strategic gamble is both a long-term game underlying China’s great rejuvenation and a comprehensive game supporting all areas of national development.Since the United States is the biggest external factor opposing China’s rejuvenation,a holistic view of national security has to guide this strategic gamble between China and the US.China is closely watching US trends and changes in its China policy,necessary for timely responses that would create a favorable external environment for us.After a turbulent,controversial election,the US completed a party rotation,and the Biden administration has clearly presented its policy direction regarding China.It continues Trump’s China policy of negativity and competition,trade war and technological obstruction.
