摘要
the new projections of information organization are analysed based on the bibliographical description and its elements in the present context an to the light of the technological paradigm. the metadata, some of their definitions and intents of normalization are studied and compared with the traditional elements of bibliographical description and the indexation terms. the semantic web, languages and formats, as well as a set of software and available client servers are explored to generate the metadata.
