摘要

  The technology of Metal Powder Injection Molding is introduced briefly, feedstocks with different powder volume fraction are made, and the effect of powder volume fraction,shear rate and temperature on rheological properties is investigated.The results show that the apparent viscosity of feeding increases with powder volume fraction and de-creases with shear and temperature.It also shows that the viscous flow activation energy de-creases with shear rate,which means that the feedstock is insensitive to temperature in high shear rate.
