低硫精矿自养反硝化脱氮除磷研究

摘要

Developing of efficient and low-cost materials for nitrogen and phosphorus removal from wastewater is significant to alleviate the eutrophication. In this work,the iron-sulfur autotrophic denitrification system was constructed by using natural pyrrhotite,pyrite and low-sulfur concentrate(LSC)for the treatment of synthetic wastewater. The denitrification and phosphorus removal over different iron-sulfur minerals were investigated,and the interaction mechanism between pyrite and pyrrhotite as well as the changes of microbial communities were explored. Results showed that LSC had a superior average nitrogen removal rate(0.30 mg·L-1·h-1)and phosphorus removal(89.8%)than those of pyrite and pyrrhotite,indicating its excellent activity for simultaneous removal of nitrogen and phosphorus. Compared to the unitary system,the mixture system of pyrite and pyrrhotite displayed higher nitrogen removal,demonstrating the synergistic effect between pyrite and pyrrhotite during the autotrophic denitrification process. High-throughput sequencing results indicated that the typical bacteria genera for sulfur autotrophic denitrification were Thiobacillus and Sulfurimonas. Moreover,a significant increase in abundance of Sulfurimonas in LSC system demonstrated that some elemental sulfur was generated by the oxidation of LSC after the long-term storage,which would further improve the autotrophic denitrification rate. ? 2023 Science Press.
