适于精密塑胶模具电极加工的通用夹具设计与应用

　　The universal fixture was designed with the use of UG software.It was made to suit for CNC, WEDM, EDM and CMM.The fixture was used automatically in production line by using the 3R company's fast positioning equipment to avoid multiple times disassembly, based on RFID data management for each electrode.The mold electrodes, which were machined by the traditional way and the improving way, were compared for accuracy and time.The results show that the universal fixture can be used for information and automation technology of mold machining, and to improve the mold machining precision, save the time and cost in order to provide effective solutions.
