<正>The origin of continents, which is fundamentally important in understanding the evolution of Earth and its habitability, remains a highly debatable issue. The dominant rock types of Archean cratons are tonalite–trondhjemite–granodiorite (TTG) plutons. Extensive evidence suggests that Archean TTG rocks were formed from a hydrous mafic source [1–3].
