摘要

Thermal strengthening treatment was carried out on 4145H drilling tool steel by laser quenching process. Effects of laser power and laser scanning speed on the microstructure and hardness of quenched surface layer of 4145h steel were analyzed by means of metallographic microscope and Rockwell hardness tester. The friction and wear experiments were carried out to investigate the surface wear under different laser power and laser scanning speeds, and the optimal laser quenching process parameters were optimized. The results show that compared with other laser quenching process parameters, fine martensite can form in the surface layer of 4145H steel quenched with 2 kW and 400 mm/min laser process parameters, and the surface hardness reaches 55.7 HRC, with the minimum wear, the wear surface of the sample is mainly scratching with slight abrasion and exhibits the best wear resistance.
