摘要
Nanostructured (Zn0.4Ni0.6-delta square(delta))(0.95)Li0.05O thin films were successfully prepared by radio frequency magnetron sputtering. The multifunctional properties such as optical, thermal sensitivity and Li-storage of the thin films were investigated. The prepared thin films maintain a rock-salt phase, have a wide optical band gap of 3.77 eV, and show typical negative temperature coefficient (NTC) of resistivity. The thin film also delivers a high reversible specific capacity of 797 mAh g(-1) after 100 cycles at 200 mA g(-1) for application of an electrode in Li-ion batteries. This work provides potential functional applications in the fields of photoelectric devices, thermal sensors and new energy devices.
