While Trump’s cybersecurity policy adjustment experienced a dynamic process,the concept of"America First"and a significant tendency to contract inward has been prominent.Under external threats and domestic pressures,cybersecurity would inevitably remain an important issue and its negative impacts on China-US relations would be continuously on the rise.
