<正>1病例介绍患者,女,57岁。2019年7月1日因“反复发热3个月,双上肢肿痛2个月”于我院就诊。患者3个月前无明显诱因下出现反复寒战、高热,体温峰值为39.4℃,伴口唇疱疹、口腔及舌部溃疡,轻度咳嗽、咳痰,伴胸闷气喘不适,2个月前出现双上肢红肿疼痛,活动受限。既往有系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupuserythematosus,SLE)、继发性干燥综合征病史9年余,
