总分联动 多措并举 提升总分馆公共文化服务效能——旬阳市文化馆总分馆服务效能提升的几点做法

摘要

<正>旬阳市从2016年探索实施文化馆总分馆制建设以来,建成镇级分馆21个,美术分馆1个,村(社区)服务点305个,集中安置点服务点15个。各分馆基本达到省颁"六有"标准,85%以上分馆工作运行步入正常化,为我市实现公共文化服务标准化、均等化发挥了重要作用。目前摆在面前的首要任务就是让总分馆服务效能得到有效提升,以最大限度地服务人民群众,实现公共文化服务变"末梢"为"前端",变"最后一公里"为"最前一公里"。
