摘要

目的探讨并分析我院当前细菌的抗药性。方法对2009年5月~2010年2月临床科室的住院患者感染情况进行检测并进行药敏实验。结果测出病原菌770株。其中G+菌占24.80%、G-菌占64.80%、真菌占10.4%。铜绿假单胞菌对抗生素的耐药率较高,第三、四代头孢类抗生素的耐药率有快速增长的趋势。结论要合理使用第三、四代头孢类抗生素,临床上要利用药敏结果指导抗菌药物的选用,减少用药的盲目性。
