摘要
Carbon quantum dots doped with sulfur and nitrogen(S, N-CQDs) were used with silver nitrate to prepare sliver nano-particles(AgNPs@S, N-CQDs) nano-composites via a simple one-step synthesis method, which were characterized by ultraviolet-visible light absorption spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and high-resolution transmission electron microscope. The results show that AgNPs are evenly and tightly wrapped by S, N-CQDs, performing excellently in antibacterial against gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria, antibiotic-resistant bacteria, and fungi. When the concentration of the sample is controlled at 0.05 mg/mL, its bacteriostatic rate of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus is close to 80% under the condition of 420 nm light source with light intensity of 15 W and light time of 3 min, representing its photodynamic antibacterial behavior. The hemolysis test shows that the nano-composites is expected to be a new type of antibacterial agent thanks to its excellent biocompatibility. ? 2022, Beijing Yanshan Branch, Assets Management Corporation, SINOPEC.
