摘要

目的:探讨自适应学习技术在骨科规培医学模拟教学技能培训中的效果。方法:选取在骨科规培住院医师和临床型研究生46人,分组培训,观察组学员接受自适应学习技术的培训,对照组学员接受传统的医学模拟教学为主的培训。培训结束后,进行临床技能操作考核和自我评价。结果:观察组学员由临床技能操作成绩、操作能力、信心、满意度得分均高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自适应学习技术可以提高骨科规培技能医学模拟教学培训效果。
