摘要
The mission of the Police Assisted Addiction & Recovery Initiative (PAARI) is to build the capacity of law enforcement agencies to design and implement nonarrest programs that create pathways to treatment and recovery for those suffering from substance use disorders. Law enforcement officers are on the front lines of both the opioid epidemic and the COVID‐19 pandemic, and their efforts right now are more important than ever.
