摘要
Landfilling of liquid wastes in the rock mass through its injection to the absorptive strata through adapted drilling wells is environmentally safe and economically profitable as compared to the presently applied utilization methods. This, however, requires concessions which are granted by the respective minister.The basic Polish legal regulations eligible for landfilling of waste in the rock mass are presented in the paper, i.e. Geological and Mining Law and Environmental Law. The respective EU acts are also discussed.
