摘要
O objetivo deste trabalho foi estudar o efeito da aplica o p車s-colheita de cloreto de c芍lcio, assim como do uso de dois tipos de fungicidas na conserva o de frutos de figo. O experimento foi desenvolvido na Fazenda de Ensino, Pesquisa e Extens o e noLaborat車rio de Biotecnologia da Universidade Estadual Paulista ※J迆lio de Mesquita Filho§ 每 campus de Ilha Solteira, Estado de S o Paulo. Os frutos foram tratados com fungicidas no campo e, ap車s a colheita, foram submersos em solu es com cloreto de c芍lcio, em concentra es de 2 e 4%, por 15 minutos. Os frutos foram avaliados no momento decolheita e durante o armazenamento refrigerado, quando foram observados: rachaduras na casca, mat谷ria fresca de frutos, s車lidos sol迆veis totais, acidez total titul芍vel, ratio, firmeza de polpa, enrugamento da casca, frutos podres. A aplica o de cloreto de c芍lcio, na concentra o de 4%, associada ao uso do fungicida Mancozeb, reduziu a perda de mat谷ria fresca de frutos, assim como as rachaduras e enrugamento da casca dos frutos e aumentou a firmeza da polpa. N o houve efeito da aplica o p車s-colheita do cloreto de c芍lcio sobre o teor de s車lidos sol迆veis totais, acidez total titul芍vel, ratio e n迆mero de frutos podres. The objective of the this work was to study the effect of postharvest application of calcium chloride, as well as the use of two types of fungicides on fig fruits conservation. The experiment was developed at the Teaching, Research and Extension Farm and at the Biotechnology Laboratory of the University State of S o Paulo ※J迆lio de Mesquita Filho§ 每 campus of Ilha Solteira, S o Paulo State. The fruits were treated with the fungicides at the field and, after the harvest, they were submerged in calcium chloride solutions at the concentrations of 2 and 4%, for 15 minutes. The fruits were evaluated at the moment of the harvest and during the refrigerated storage, when it was observed: fruit peel cracking, fruit weight, total soluble solids content, total titratable acidity, ratio, pulp firmness, fruit peel wrinkling and rotten fruits. The application of calcium chloride at the concentration of 4%, associated to the use of the fungicide Mancozeb, reduced the loss of weight of the fruits likewise the fruit peel cracking and wrinkling, and it increased pulp firmness. There were no effects of postharvest application of calcium chloride on total soluble solids content, total titratable acidity, ratio and number of rotten fruits.
