摘要
To fast and conveniently detect aflatoxin B1(AFB1), a simple and sensitive biosensor has been developed for real-time detection of AFB1 based on an aptamer-modified gold interdigital electrode(IDE). Without any additional apparatuses or steps for preconcentration, target enrichment and quantitative detection of AFB1 are realized via microfluidic AC electrothermal effect and interface capacitance sensing, respectively. This biosensor combines target enrichment with detection in a single process with a response time as short as 30 s from-sample-to-result. Meanwhile, it achieves a wide linear range(1 fmol/L~10 pmol/L), a detection limit of 0.472 fmol/L and a good selectivity of 2 296:1. the proposed biosensor as well as the detection strategy provides a competitive solution for rapid detection of trace AFB1 in food. ? 2023 Guojia Jiaowei Quanguo Gaoxiao Chuangan Jishu Yanjiuhui.
