<正>The Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs), adopted by the 193 member states of the United Nations(UN) in 2015, include a blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for everyone globally. Since it is “action-oriented, global in nature, and universally applicable”, quantifying the progress of achieving SDGs is essential to track global efforts toward sustainable development and guide policy development and implementation [1].
