摘要

为了筛选适合宁德市种植的紫色甘薯品种,以金山57作对照,于2017年对引进的6个紫色甘薯品种进行比较试验。结果表明,龙津薯3号的鲜薯产量最高,为39 639.64 kg/hm2;福薯404的薯干产量最高,为8 896.40 kg/hm2,分别比对照金山57增产28.16%和17.09%,差异均达极显著水平,且这2个品种在大中薯率、食味和外观等方面均优于对照。因此,龙津薯3号和福薯404这2个品种综合农艺性状表现较好,适宜作为鲜薯食用型紫色甘薯品种在生产上加以利用。
