江西某石煤氧化焙烧提钒研究

摘要

  A laboratory electric rotary kiln oxidizing roast extraction of vanadium experiment was carried out by using vanadium stone coal from Jiangxi Province as object, the effects of roasting temperature, roasting time and complex additive dosage on vanadium lixiviate efficiency and apparent density were investigated to evaluate the influence.X diffraction and SEM analyses were taken to study the phase transition of vanadium during oxidized roasting process.Experimental results indicate that, for the vanadium stone coal from Jiangxi Province, the target of vanadium lixiviate efficiency 84.26% can be acquired in the optimum condition of roasting temperature at 850 ℃, roasting time is 150 minutes, complex additive MA dosage is 6 %.Too high roasting temperature and too long roasting time were found to have an adverse effect on the vanadium lixiviate efficiency and apparent density for vanadium enwrap.
