摘要

It is necessary to monitor the pipelines transporting oil, gas and water to avoid wasting these natural resources. A coverage optimization algorithm of pipeline sensor networks based on improved Lion Swarm Optimization is proposed. The algorithm simulates the behavior of lions, avoids the loss of these resources in the process of transportation to corresponding destinations through node positioning and routing schemes, and introduces Logistic function and Levy flight for deployment optimization. In order to optimize the minimum delay and packet loss rate, the sensor nodes are placed on different lengths of pipelines with the maximum stride length for deployment optimization. In order to evaluate the performance of the improved Lion Swarm Optimization, 30 benchmark functions were tested and compared with other heuristic algorithms in different dimensions, and the improved Lion Swarm Optimization was applied to pipeline sensor node deployment. Simulation results show that the improved Lion Swarm Optimization has obvious advantages in network coverage, end-to-end delay, throughput and network life. The most outstanding characteristic of this algorithm is that the longer the pipeline, the more prominent the end-to-end delay optimization effect.
