<正>Organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) are highly attractive candidates for critical drive components in next-generation flexible and lightweight electronics. In recent years, great progress has been made in the performance and process of OFETs; reports of mobilities greater than 10 cm2V-1s-1 alongside large-area fabrications are increasingly common, and numerous proof-of-concept applications have been successfully demonstrated [1,2].
