摘要
Given the low damping, the poor stability, and the high harmonic content of the control system when the constant voltage and constant frequency control (V/F control) is adopted in the wind field-side converter station of the direct-drive wind farms through the voltage source converter based high voltage direct current (VSC-HVDC), an improved V/F control strategy is proposed based on the active damping idea. This paper studies the topology of the V/F control system and derives its transfer function model. Based on the step response curve and the Nyquist curve, the shortcomings of the traditional V/F control system are analyzed in detail, and the improvement of the system performance by the improved V/F control is analyzed. Finally, a simulation verification is performed based on the Matlab/Simulink simulation platform. The simulation results show that the proposed control strategy can increase the system damping, reduce the harmonic content and the oscillation caused by the wind turbine switching and load changes, and improve the transient stability of the VSC-HVDC system. ? 2021, Power System Technology Press.
