SLS process was applied to artificial graphite powders, the possibility of recycling and reutilization was explored. Firstly, effects of different mass fractions of spherical graphite powders on the fluidity and bulk density of mixed powders were studied, thus the reasonable composition of graphites for 3D printing materials was determined. Secondly, effects of different process parameters of laser power, scanning speed, scanning spacing and layer thickness on directional dimensions and bending strength of samples were studied, the ranges of parameters were decised. Finally, the optimum process parameters were determined by orthogonal experiments, the complex graphite functional parts were fabricated quickly, and feasibility was verified.
