摘要
The TiO2 nanosheets with highly exposed {001} plane are used as carriers to load 0.5% platinum and a certain amount of copper through co-reduction method; the obtained Pt-Cu/TiO2 {001} catalysts were evaluated for CO2 hydrogenation to methanol under the reaction conditions:P=3.0 MPa, T=200~300 ℃, V(N2):V(H2):V(CO2)=8:69:23, space velocity(WHSV)=3600 mL?g-1?h-1. XRD, EPR, XPS, and CO2-TPD etc. characterization results showed that the catalyst with the introduction of Pt has stronger interaction between the loaded metal and the carrier due to the electron promotion effect by the metal Pt, compared with the Cu/TiO2 catalyst; this is beneficial to stabilize the Cu particle size and form more defects on the carrier such as oxygen vacancies, Ti3+; therefore, the Pt-Cu/TiO2{001}catalysts have more active sites on the interface between the loaded metal and the carrier, thereby exhibiting better CO2 activation capacity and methanol generation performance. ? 2020, Science Press.
