摘要

  Based on the purpose of pedestrian protection,a new Active Engine Hood System with an effect of elastic butter is developed to reduce the injury of pedestrians in unavoidable human-car collision situation.Using the fusion of computer vision and laser scanner technology is the best way to tackle the problem of both responsiveness and robustness.And a reusable Pop-up Engine Hood device using mechanical spring is designed by using optimization method,the performance of which like bouncing time and height has been proved by kinematics simulation and actual bouncing experiment.
