摘要
1,2,2-Triarylacetophenone compounds are important intermediates for the synthesis of many natural products and marketed drugs, and they are also widely used in many fields such as biology, pesticides, polymers and materials science, which have great prospects. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to develop simple and efficient methods for the asymmetric synthesis of these compounds. In the past two decades, important progress has been made in the synthesis of aryl acetophenones. In this review, the reactions are classified according to different synthesis strategies, and the progress of synthesis methods of 1,2,2-triarylacetophenone compounds is summarized. The reaction substrate compatibility, mechanism, applications, development prospects and limitations in this field are also discussed in detail.
