摘要

The activated sludge in the combined partial nitritation-anammox (CPNA) process in sequencing batch reactor (SBR) was selected, and influences on nitrogen removal efficiency, activity and hzo gene copies of anammox bacteria, microbial community structure and functional abundance were compared by respectively dosing ferrous ion, graphene oxides(GOs) and trivalent iron ion through anaerobic batch test. The results showed that after 42 days of anaerobic culture, the three additives enhanced the anammox nitrogen removal to some degree, among which the dosing GOs was the best. The highest nitrogen removal efficiency of dosing GOs was up to 76.01%, 22.71% higher than the control group, compared with just 5.69% and 1.72% higher than the control group by the addition of Fe2+ and Fe3+, respectively. The activity of anammox bacteria was improved by dosing these three additives, 8.08% and 10.02% higher than the control group by dosing GOs and Fe3+, respectively. The copies of hzo gene which encodes the key enzyme in the process of anammox metabolism was the highest in the dosing GOs group, which was higher than the control group by 6.83 times, and those of addition of Fe2+ and Fe3+ were 5.14 times and 4.90 times higher than the control group, respectively. In addition, the addition of GOs was the best for the enrichment of Planctomycetes, which abundance was 44.51% higher than the control group, but those of addition of Fe2+ and Fe3+ were only 1.03% higher than the control group and slightly lower than the control group, respectively. The addition of GOs was the best for the enhancement of microbial metabolic function.
