摘要
This paper proposed a novel adaptive interconnection extended Kalman observer for online estimating multiparameter of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor (PMSLM). The observer can track the system states with high steady-state precision and strong anti-interference capacity. First, in order to mitigate the negative impact of the measurement noise and parameter coupling error, a multi-parameter estimation model including interference was established. Then, based on this model, an interconnected observer was designed to realize PMSLM multiparameter online estimation. Extended Kalman filter (EKF) algorithm was used to optimize the gain matrix in the observer, eliminate the measurement noise, and obtain high-precision estimation results. In addition, an adaptive function was constructed to automatically update the invariant noise covariance matrix in EKF to improve the anti-disturbance performance of the observer. Furthermore, the discrete Lyapunov function was used, including the model error, to verify the stability of the interconnected observer. Finally, a PMSLM parameter estimation system based on the semi-physical AD5435 was built, and the effectiveness of the observer in this paper can be proved through simulation and experimental verification. ? 2022 Chin.
