摘要
In order to solve the problem that the power grid high voltage isolating switch often suffers the mechanical faults, such as bearing jam and inadequate action, which leads to inaccurate characteristic values of fault signals and poor diagnosis results, a new mechanical fault diagnosis method for power grid high voltage isolating switch was proposed. According to the characteristic values of vibration signals during mechanical faults, torque-angle detection curves were drawn. By comparing with the curve change under normal operation, the accurate diagnosis of mechanical fault was realized. The experimental results show that the mechanical fault diagnosis results of as-proposed method are consistent with the actual situation, indicating that the method can effectively detect the mechanical faults of power grid high voltage isolating switch with better diagnosis results. ? 2023 Shenyang University of Technology.
