<正>When analyzing the international situation facing China’s development,the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the world is undergoing unprecedented challenges and the most significant change in a century.As a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation takes shape,China faces new strategic opportunities for development.At the same time,the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has been far-reaching,the trend of counterglobalization,unilateralism,and protectionism are on the rise,the world economic recovery is weak,local conflicts and turbulence are rampant,and global problems are intensifying.In short,the world is entering a new period of turbulence and change.At the same time,China’s development is facing strategic opportunities,risks,and challenges as uncertainty and unpredictability increase.Various"black swan"and"gray rhinoceros"events may occur at any time.This is the strategic judgment of the Communist Party of China on the characteristics of the current era and trends in global governance.
