摘要

Oxidized cellulose (OC) was prepared by TEMPO-mediated oxidation of cellulose under alkaline conditions in this study.By determination the changes of the mass loss (Mms) and degree of polymerization (DP) with time and OC' s carboxyl content, OC' s in vitro degradation behavior in simulated body fluids was researched. The enzymatic in vitro degradation of oxidized cellulose was also studied by adding cellulase into simulated body fluids. Results showed that with the increasing of carboxyl content and degradation time, Mms increased and DP decreased both for oxidized cellulose in-vitro and enzymatic in-vitro degradation in the stimulate body fluids. When the carboxyl content of OC was 1.56mmol/g, after 3-weeks degradation, for in vitro degradation, the Mms was 11.11% and DP decreased by 50.42% , while for enzymatic in-vitro degradation, Mms was 15.35% and DP decreased by 64.4%.Therefore, OC' s degradation degree can be improved by increasing OC' s carboxyl content and adding cellulase into the stimulate body fluids. This study provides a theoretical basis for the application of OC in biomedical field.
