摘要
Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are a kind of pattern-recognition receptors which exists extensively in the macrophage, dendritic cell and neutrophil. TLRs on the host cell surface participate in the immune response by recognizing pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) which are distributed on the fungal cell surface. Several studies have shown that TLR2 and TLR4 play an important role in the host immunity. The update of the structure and function of TLR2 and TLR4, signal transduction pathways, and the relationships between TLR2, TLR4 and sporotrichosis is presented in this paper. ? 2023 China Journal of Leprosy and Skin Diseases.
